Who are we and what do we do?

Our unique approach seeks to ensure children and young people feel safe, secure not judged, accepted and understood.

My story provides specialist care for children and young people with a range of complex needs resulting from the trauma they have experienced such as the impact of uninvolved parents, abuse and neglect, violence, poor social environment. These experiences can leave children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs, which can increase their vulnerability to abuse (Bazalgette, Rahilly, and Trevelyan, 2015; Luke et al, 2014), emotional and behaviour needs including disability.

We provide trauma -informed therapeutic residential services, helping children and young people gain stability, sense of purpose, understanding of how their experience may have impacted on their sense of self, the opportunity to support them to identify what is important to them and to influence their choices and their own care.

We offer care and support of the highest quality and help to prepare young people for the future that they deserve.
